Response Times

We aim to respond to every message within 1-2 business days. Some message types may take a bit longer:

• General questions and review corrections — usually answered within 1-2 business days
• Vendor inquiries and partnership requests — may take 3-5 business days as we review platforms thoroughly before deciding to cover them
• Press and media — same-day response when possible, otherwise within 1-2 business days

If you have not heard back after a week, feel free to send a follow-up. Email gets lost sometimes, and we genuinely want to hear from you.

A Note for Software Vendors

If you represent a construction software platform and want to be considered for coverage, we are open to that conversation. A few things to know upfront:

• We do not accept paid placement or sponsored content. Reviews are independent.
• Affiliate partnerships do not change rankings or methodology — see our Affiliate Disclosure for the full picture.
• If your platform fits the audience we serve and meets our coverage criteria, we are happy to schedule a demo, review documentation, and consider it for an upcoming review.
